How it Started…

Rachael Elana Photography was founded in 2014 following years of digital photography classes in Brooklyn in addition to second shooting and assisting esteemed NYC photographers. After living in the Big Apple for over a decade, Rachael Elana Photography moved to Denver, Colorado in 2021 where her love of light, mountains, and the relaxed Colorado vibe melds with her light-chasing, patient, artistic style perfectly.

Family sessions feel like playdates and nearly every wedding couple ends up as a friend. Rachael loves documenting life’s special moments and balances her creativity with being hyper-organized utilizing her decade in event planning to ensure stress-free, well-timed, and enjoyable photo coverage.
